Interesting beer. The dark mixed ferm saison, coffee, hazelnut, and vanilla are a unique combination that are well-balanced. A touch of green pepper in the coffee but otherwise this combo works with some great red fruit/wine notes in the saison.

This was insanely good. One of my favorite Rwv beers to date. Peach brandy was such a great compliment to the fruit leather, stewed fruits, caramel, vanilla, and bourbon barrel. As it warmed, the peach came out more and added even more complexity. Love!
