Burnt orange colour, moderate fizz and heavy turbidity. Single variety cider from Major apples which are from Ross On Wye’s orchard. Aroma of baked apples & peaches. Soft and smooth with spice in the flavour.

Golden colour, moderate fizz (despite it bubbling away noisily) and turbidity. Made from a 50/50 split of Egremont Russet apples and quince. Tropical fruit and perfumed aroma. Flavour has pineapple, citrus and rose.

Orange colour, clear with moderate fizz. Single variety perry. Really tropical aroma with pineapple and kiwi prominent. Perfumed flavour with blossom maybe peach and the tropical flavours in the background.

Pale gold colour, moderate fizz and clear. Strong green apple aroma and gooseberry. Plums and passion fruit in the flavour. Not certain but I think Braeburn is pretty prominent.
