Spicy peppery and zesty nose, dry with well rounded tartness and crispy wormwood and citrusy bitterness, nice spicy wormwood, zesty, and peppery flavour. Very well done.

Definitely more cider than beer this, with a pleasant ripe red apple character, dry grains in the back, with a small dash of rhubarb, and signature mild lactic acidity plus balanced complexity. Very good.
