DISCO is a fresh and hazy pale ale that's been double dry-hopped for an extra level of hop luxury. We've sourced hops from our favourite suppliers in the US and New Zealand to give us the utmost control over the flavour of our beloved DISCO. You can expect a medium-full mouthfeel with a light and fluffy carbonation. Juicy notes of fresh melon and passionfruit burst through, with a late hit of orange zestiness to finish. The bitterness is low but lightly present and brings with it an element of ultimate crushability. It’s been made to fit in perfectly at any backyard party, afternoon picnic or as the ultimate crusher after a long day. Read Less

Lights & Music is a Triple IPA brewed in collab with cult NZ icons @garageproject from Wellington, NZ. Remaining the #1 rated beer in Aus, it was originally brewed for our 3rd birthday, to be a punchy, juicy and luxurious TIPA. We've brought it back for another spin because, well, it's awesome. This year's version is dry-hopped with our hand selected Freestyle Hops Motueka and Yakima Chief Hops Citra plus the freshest Galaxy we could lay our hands on.

Lights & Music is about as smooth and tropical as anything we've ever made. It pours into the glass with a deep, saturated, milky haze. Straight up on the nose this beer punches out aromas of lime, peach and grapefruit, which can be smelt from a mile away. The mouthfeel is thick, slick and velvety all the way from the front to the back of the palate, with a dense and creamy mouthfeel. Motueka and Citra take centre stage bringing wave after wave of soft and luscious overripe mango, melon, lime, passionfruit and peach. An annual release that we spend all year looking forward to, we believe this is easily the best batch yet. They say it’s impossible to improve on perfection but we’ve found a way. Read Less

Morning Ritual is a pastry stout that has fast become a house favourite for us. Brewed with rich chocolate malts, oats for body and a touch of lactose for creaminess. For this batch we conditioned on Tahitian vanilla beans then toasted coconut for added layers of complexity and decadence. The mouthfeel is thick, creamy, lush and smooth with a welcome sweetness and warmth. On the finish, a lingering coconut and chocolate lushness with a balancing hint of roasted bitterness. Read Less

Dripping In Green is a new experimental series where we seek to explore modern techniques and levels of hopping beers. We seek to push boundaries and make use of the most innovative products in order to create an experience like no other. For our first edition, we have loaded this IPA with every form of Citra hop we could get our hands on. Citra has been a revolutionary hop for our sector of the industry and we love using it. We waited patiently to drop this beer until we received fresh Crop Year 2020 hops from our friends at Yakima Chiefs.

We've constructed a simple yet smooth malt base, providing a light colour and a dense haze. The mouthfeel will caress your pallet, in all the right ways, bringing wave after wave of beautiful fresh Citra. Aromas of pineapple, melon and lime meet perfectly with lush notes of passionfruit and mango with a hint of grapefruit zest on the backend. This beer shows off Citra in all its glory, dripping with wonderful juicy goodness.

The body is soft and fruity, with a light and ultra fluffy carbonation. On the palate, flavours of peach, passionfruit and light stonefruit dance through. The finish is soft, juicy and clean. Ducks Fly Together is a brand new double IPA made with our good mates from Banks Brewing for the Carwyn Cellars Canvent Calander. What we have here is a super deep and intense DIPA brewed with Sabro Incognito, Citra and Galaxy. Super vibrant notes of berry and passionfruit, with candied pineapple and an after taste reminiscent of blue ghost drop candies (if you know you know). Ever been Left On Read? This is a beer for you. First released way back in March 2020 (ignore whatever else happened that month), we had to bring back one of our favourite beers from that year, especially because it comes with one of the GOAT Range labels. This double dry-hopped IPA is a smooth and oh-so-juicy little number. We like to use a light and simple malt bill in this style, allowing the hops to shine. Citra and Mosaic are the main dry hops for this one, with a little background help on the aroma from Strata and Centennial. We get tropical breakfast juice aromas bursting out of the glass. On the palate, this is as soft and pillowy as they get. The bitterness is non-existent which allows intense fruitiness to coat your mouth. Mango, passionfruit, peach and melon all feature heavily in this intense but severely drinkable DDH IPA. Read Less
