The Spey Valley Brewery version of this and my final bottle of it. Or is it? I have an Alchemy version of this and a Spey Valley version but with !! at the end instead of II. Very confusing. Anyway, score reduced as this is more watery than I remember.

Have been sitting on this one for a while, especially since the brewery went out of business in 2024. Dry, bitter dark chocolate finish. Balanced for what it is. Barrel does not add a strong flavor.
