ok here's the deal..
i looked at an AMAZING apartment today. it's perfect. it's cheap. it's exactly what i've been looking for..the problem is the lease would begin in may.
our lease ends july 31.
before i even do anything or think about it, i want to know how you feel.
is it possible to find a subleaser? (specifically a friend or someone we know)
i was thinking i could talk to betsy and see if we could do what we did in the beginning of the lease where it was lowered to $1000 w/ 3 people..i could lie and tell her there was a family emergency and i have to move back. i don't know. i'd figure something out.
i talked to the guy he said there was no way they could hold the lease out until august because they'd have an empty apartment for a few months.
it would only be 3 months, if i do this. which is what we did when lindsey wasn't living with us..
keep in mind, i'm just getting input right now. i'm not doing anything yet. so don't get pissed or freak out. i'm talking to you about it first.
