The NBA Board of Governors is made up of controlling owners of teams such as Micky Arison, Steve Ballmer, Joe Lacob, Joe Tsai, etc. I can't imagine Bob Iger wouldn't want to assume that role with the Lakers as an owner. He won't be a silent owner like Mark Walter is.
