A/N: written for tw_unpaired the prompt was Torchwood is a 1940's movie style detective agency stuck in the 21st century. I haven’t got them settled in the 21st century yet so this is just the prologue.

Hey, folks! Thanks for all the awesome fics that were posted during the fest! I'll be posting the master list momentarily. I never really imagined that people would actually be interested in gen fic, and yet, here we are! :D

Today, however, started the PROMPT OPEN SEASON! We have a whole bunch of interesting stuff planned for the next week or so, but to start off, I'm going to repost all of the prompts for inspiration. Starting today, you can take any of the prompts and use them as inspiration for art, drabbles, fic of any length, vids, rec lists, whatever you'd like! It doesn't matter if the prompt was claimed in the last round or not.

There's no need to claim any of the prompts at this point--just use them as a jumping off point for whatever strikes your fancy!


ALSO, if you haven't finished your fic for the first round yet, feel free to post it at any point during the open season, which is going on from now until... some point in the future.
