After a brief stint as a mushroom with a face and limbs, the Transcender gradually develops a more humanoid body and embarks on a busy, but chill life in a village where they quickly make their home after being appointed "Village Elder" for saving it. Armed with only a strong sense for business, the Transcender works to build up their village, gain friends/allies (called "Fellows"), romance locals who can become their "Family", and embark on adventures to travel their new world.
This game contains examples of:
- Ambiguously Bi: Every family member and the Transcender. Due to being able to choose the Transcender's gender (male or female).
- But Not Too Bi: Despite being able to date female family members as the female Transcender, most terms and pronouns used for The Transcender are male, including some date images with the male Transcender's clothing.
- Chick Magnet: Both the male and female Transcender seem to effortlessly win over many attractive ladies and several good-looking men with little effort.
- Chocolate of Romance: The valentines day event has you making chocolates for your family members.
- Crossover: There have been several Crossover Events allowing Transcenders to recruit Fellows and Family from other series. So far, the guests has been from TSUKIMICHI -Moonlit Fantasy-, Farming Life in Another World, Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman, Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, and Fairy Tail.
- Everyone Is Bi: The Transcender can date any family member, no matter if they choose the male or female Transcender.
- Flowers of Romance: Angie sends Liz a bouquet of flowers, as she struggles with using her words. Flowers rings are also used as the basic Blessing gift for Family.
- Fourth-Date Marriage: Many of the Transcender's Family don't wait even this long. Charlotte expresses a desire to marry the Transcender immediately after telling them her name for the first time.
- Happily Adopted: The Transcender and their family routinely adopt homeless children. A Family member is appointed the child's caretaker and sent to school, but the implication is that the children are being raised in loving environment.
- Little Bit Beastly: People with mild animal traits such as animal ears and tails are common in this world.
- Our Dwarves Are Different: Pump looks like a standard fantasy dwarf, but he dresses like a gardener and is happiest when caring for plants.
- Polyamory: The term "Family" is used, but the Transcender quickly builds a group of attractive ladies (and a few men) whom they are implicitly stated to have married or are lovers with. None of them seem to care that the Transcender can be involved with literally a few dozen other people. Marry Them All is in full effect.
- Reincarnate in Another World: The game follows this trope, with the protagonist focusing on building up a down on its luck village and making friends after being reborn as a Mushroom Man.
- Undeathly Pallor: The vampires in the game are noticeably pale.
