Tomokazu Seki (Japanese: 関 智一, Seki Tomokazu, born September 8, 1972) is a part of the voice actor quartet Knight Hunters led by Takehito Koyasu. He made himself a well-known name in the anime industry due to his versatile voice, which ranges from the serious, to the comical, and even the deranged. His forte, however, is his ability to pull off Hot-Blooded characters so well it rivals Nobuyuki Hiyama (and they duke it out in They Are My Noble Masters).

He has several relationships with other voice actors. With fellow Knight Hunters member Shin-ichiro Miki, they're usually cast as buddies. With Ayako Kawasumi, they often play either couples, or Seki's character has an unhealthy, unrequited lust for Kawasumi's character.

And finally, he has an alleged rivalry wit—WE CANNOT LOSE TO SUUUUGIIIIIITAAAAAAA! ...er, right, of course not, since they have the same first name and all.

Another interesting note is that to this day, he is still single and willing to remain a bachelor.

Tropes associated with Tomokazu Seki's works

• Cross-Dressing Voices: Despite being most known for his Hot-Blooded deep voice, he's also a countertenor.
• Evil Laugh: As demonstrated in his work with Gilgamesh, he can summon this on command with the requisite amount of malice. The one time it's technically not this, it's a hammy laugh serving as an Actually Pretty Funny reaction.
• Hot-Blooded: A feat only rivaled by Nobuyuki Hiyama.
• Large Ham: It's nearly impossible to find a role of his where he doesn't fall into this.
• Man of a Thousand Voices: Seki has a notably wide vocal range, allowing him to go all the way from screechy and raspy to Baritone of Strength.
• Playing Against Type:
  • He can do more than hot-blooded, jerks or evil bastards. He can even do Pokémon Speak as Edison or speak while singing a la Beethoven.
