Rayman
The hero of the story. A kind, friendly boy who'd much rather befriend his foes than fight them.
- Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!: Betilla describes him as being "easily distracted".
- Badass Adorable: A cute child who's capable of kicking ass through the power of light, as well as his fists.
- Born as an Adult: Downplayed, he's shown to resemble an adolescent when he's initially formed.
- Born of Magic: He was created by Betilla after she tried to summon a hero to defeat Jano.

- Meaningful Name: Since he was created while rays of sunlight shined from above, Betilla decides to name him "Rayman".

- Scarf of Asskicking: His red bandana.
- White Gloves: He wears them in order to be able to control his magic.
