I'm so HAPPY with the first episode of the new Ghost in the Shell adaptation man. I had my reservations considering I rarely like modern anime of any kind but this felt like something made for me specifically 😭.

I'm quite impressed with the art direction but especially, with the few bits of orchestration we got near the end. I admit I was expecting a generic music score but now I will definitely pay more attention to the OST. The only critic I have so far is that I loathe to death that trend of having "fake" hand-cam shots/sequences throughout scenes that don't fucking need it.

Don't recommend living through two 7.5 back-to-back earthquakes... it's kinda not nice and really scary :(

I genuinely thought the Berserk continuation couldn't get any worse and then each time a new chapter comes out I'm proven wrong...
