I uploaded a timelapse of the 76 Touhou characters I drew before to YouTube!
According to my CLIP STUDIO PAINT logs, the actual drawing time was around 50 hours, so including research and other prep work, it was probably closer to 55–60 hours in total.
I compressed all of that into about 10 minutes ✌️

Even with a simplified style, I try to draw basically all of the small details. I simplify some parts, but I don’t usually leave things out completely. It’s always tricky to find the right balance between simplifying details and leaving them out entirely.
