honestly, i google their job title, cross check with linkedin, also not above looking at an ig or facebook.

i would hesitate to pursue an older man if you’re still in college, i was only comfortable doing this at 20 because i had a college degree.

and if you’re asking how to talk to them, just talk how you normally do with the exclusion of some pop culture. if they’re really weird (which some of them are) drop them!
