Trees, as far as his eyes can see. They blur past and he knows he should take it all in as it will be the last time he's in these woods, in his homeland, for months (maybe years), but all Doug can focus on are the words his uncles had thrown at him hours earlier. The vitriol was nothing new, it's existed since he was called gifted as a child, since Snow visited and told him he was chosen to attend Auradon Prep. Yet something within him kept coming back, kept trying to win their love back.
