I just looked it up. Apparently far-right circles have started using it to refer to other members of the far right.

Fascists stealing stuff and using it as a dogwhistle isn’t new by the way. Practically every symbol associated with fascism was a symbol used for something else, often from another culture entirely as was the case with the swastika, that fascists hijacked and used to symbolize their evil hate driven ideologies.
