just as ena in canon is the only n25 member who isn't exceptionally gifted in any way and doesn't possess any particular intelligence, yuurei ena is the only one who wasn't born a yokai and comically fails to be scary no matter how hard she tries. thus in both universes, and quite possibly in all, we can imagine ena as n25's beloved pet losergirl.

#if they met her as a human or shortly affer she became a ghost they def acted like her bodyguards#threatening the other yokai to make sure she wasn't harmed#and they'd hype her up whenever she's trying to scare someone (even though they just find it adorable)#i'm mainly thinking of mizuki since that's who ena kept mentioning but there's no reason the others can't be included#project sekai#pjsk#prsk#ena shinonome#shinonome ena#nightcord at 25:00#n25#niigo#25 ji nightcord de#shitpost

human 🎨 stumbling upon ayakashi (much like tofu did) but instead of trying to leave, she met tsuchigumo 🎀 who showered her with So Many Clothes.

Yuurei’s actually haunt a specific place or person; either their killer or their loved one!! In Ena’s case, Mizuki is both.

ena’s art style has a very post-impressionist vibe, the current to which van gogh belonged. van gogh was an artist not appreciated in his time who used an overwhelming amount of shades of yellow in his art… vibrant, sunny yellow 🌻☀️💛

sometimes i try to imagine doing for my platonic best friend some of the things that mizuki has done for ena: turning on notifications for her cute/sexy selfies on instagram, noticing the very instant the account disappears, taking a candid photo of her and drawing hearts all over it, buying front row tickets to see her "in all her glory" without even telling her i'm going?

and it's like. no. i wouldn't do any of those actually. what's wrong with her.
