16th of August writing update:
I finally got some extra free time this week and so the next few chapters of Trying to Tread Water are sitting at 5.9k words, of which 3.5k is definitely going to be in chapter 47 and the rest will depend on scene placements.
It's all coming together really well now and I think you're going to love it.
