I'm a ducker for avian AUs of any kind (get it?) Neil doesn't make it out of the nest with his mother in this one
Neil's wings are missing their primaries when he first meets the Foxes after finally escaping (due to both Nathan and the Ravens), and that's what catches Andrew's attention at first (because why would a runner not be able to run?? Why would a bird stop itself from flying??)
I want Andreil preening each other's feathers and then nesting together afterwards with scraps that they found together (various items/clothing belonging to them and the rest of the Foxes)
Andrew swats Neil on the head with a wing. Neil flaps his own wing at Andrew to mess up his hair and piss him off.
