how i stopped being a loser and manifested my dream life

let me be real with you. for the longest time, i was a loser. stuck in my own head, broke, lost, and playing small. begging the universe for scraps, hoping things would magically get better. pitiful, right?

then one day, i got sick of it. sick of feeling sorry for myself. i decided enough was enough.

i dropped the pathetic victim act, i went to bed at midnight, lay in a comfortable position and told myself to stop fucking around. i said, "i am in the void state." i repeated the affirmation until i couldn't see or hear anything then i said, "i have everything from my void list"

here’s what i manifested once i quit being a loser and started living like a queen:

☆a fat bank account that makes my old broke days look like a bad dream.

☆a career where i’m the boss, respected, feared, and paid what i’m worth.

☆a partner who’s loyal, confident, and shows up fully. no games, no drama.

☆a car that commands attention sleek, black, and unapologetically expensive.

☆friendships that actually build me up instead of tearing me down.

☆a daily peace that’s cold and steady. unbreakable and real.

the void state wasn’t a fairy tale. it was my battlefield — and i won.

MANIFEST YOUR DESIRES WHILE YOU SLEEP

okay i need to talk about SATS because i feel like it's either completely overlooked or so overcomplicated that people give up on it before they even try it properly.

SATS stands for state akin to sleep. that's it. it's just the drowsy state right before you fully fall asleep where your mind is relaxed enough that your subconscious is basically wide open. Neville used this specific window because in that state your critical mind is basically off. the part of you that hears "i have my dream job" and immediately goes "no you don't" is too tired to argue back.

so whatever you feed your mind in that state goes in without resistance.

and that's the whole point.

here's what actually happens when you do it right. you lay down at night, you get comfortable, you let yourself get genuinely drowsy, not wide awake trying to focus, actually drowsy. and then you play a small scene in your mind. something short, something that implies your desire is already done. not a long movie, just a moment. your friend congratulating you. opening your front door to your dream apartment. looking in the mirror and seeing exactly what you want to see.

you loop that scene. same scene over and over, feeling it as real as you can, until you drift off.

that's it.

but here's where people go wrong. they turn it into a performance. they try too hard to visualize perfectly. they stress about whether they're feeling it correctly. they stay wide awake running through the scene with so much pressure that they completely miss the whole point of the technique which is relaxation and receptivity.

your subconscious doesn't need a perfect HD visualization. it needs repetition and feeling in a relaxed state. that's the whole mechanism.

and the reason this works so well is because you spend the entire night in that assumed state. you fall asleep in it. your last conscious thought is your wish fulfilled. and your subconscious just marinates in that assumption for hours while you sleep.

Neville said to sleep as though your desire was already real. not to try and manifest before you sleep. to actually close your eyes already being the person who has it.

that shift in how you approach it changes everything.

so tonight instead of trying to make something happen, just let yourself get sleepy, pick one small scene that implies it's done, and loop it until you're out.

let your sleep do the work.

2. Begin to feel the placement of everything around you in your DR bedroom using proprioception. Not visualising, just feeling and knowing that, "yes my bed is here and my closet is there, I am laying next to the open window, I can feel the breeze on my face..."

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐞𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫. 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭.

3. Accept that you are here right now, in your DR. Relaxing and taking a nap. Maybe you're laying beside your s/o, maybe you feel the bed move as they change their sleeping position. Just enjoy the relaxation and the feeling of peace that comes with it. Do you have a chore to complete later in your DR? You'll do it after this nap... you feel oh so comfortable. It would be a shame to get up... Now you're thinking like your DR self, role playing a nap. Which is good! Its what we are going for.
4. From here you have two options:
a) Actually fall asleep, and it doesn't matter where you wake up. What matters is that you were in your DR while you were sleeping even if you open your eyes to your CR, you know what you experienced.
Or
b) Open your eyes when you feel ready and no matter what reality you are seeing now, accept the fact that just now you were in your DR and you were taking a nap there.

Song Associated Shifting
On the days when shifting felt too overwhelming and methods were just more unwanted baggage, I would use music.

I would put on a floaty song, think Stray.wav, Let it happen, sdp Interlude, etc (all slowed and reverbed lol). Then I would close my eyes and pretend that the music was guiding me into my DR.

Either that or thinking that the music was levelling me up somehow and making shifting easier for me. I know it sounds silly but it genuinely worked. I would sit there thinking, "its working. I can feel myself shifting 🤩" Just using the music as kind of a power up.

It was fun too. I would get super into it and not even realise that I had shifted already. The only problem was that I would get startled and panic and then purposely shift back. Still working on that though.

everything you need to know about void state

Void state is a deep state where your brain is technically awake but muted its connection to your body. You can manifest anything there because the subconscious mind cannot distinguish between a "real" external event and a vividly imagined internal one. Any thought you plant there is accepted as absolute truth without an argument from your logic.

how to get into void state?

You need to lay down in a comfortable position, make sure you are VERY comfortable because it’s better if you don’t move during the process. You can open a subliminal, a guide meditation or theta waves to make it easier!

When you lay down, you’re going to close your eyes and focus on the voice you’re listening to or focus on your breathing. Calm yourself down. You can close your eyes with an eye mask to avoid accidentally opening your eyes, it happens more than you think.

You can also stare into back of your eyelids, into that darkness. Your brain will eventually send a signal like itch or a strong urge to move to check if you’re still awake— ignore it.

Then you can start counting to 100, you can repeat affirmations as you do. You can start feeling like you’re floating or spinning, those are completely normal. Don’t panic. You may also see flashes of light, geometric patterns. Also normal, don’t panic.

If you feel like, “ OMG!! it’s happening. “ it’s gone because your heart rate will spike, releasing adrenaline which will instantly kick you back.

how it feels to be in void state?

it’s just dark, no sounds. nothing. Don’t be scared or panicked though, you can always leave by just simply moving your finger or opening your eyes.

i planned a new post, but decided to refresh this one with more details and clarity instead~ i’ve been part of spiritual communities since 2017, deeply exploring shifting since 2020/2021. along the way, i’ve experienced two profound manifestation breakthroughs that changed everything for me. sharing them with extra insight this time, especially the second (with lester levenson’s 6 steps + living awake like a lucid dream)

first breakthrough: upgrading my current reality (2024)

life felt heavy back then. i had an uninspiring job, draining relationships, negative body changes, ongoing money worries, no real excitement, no friends, horrible health and multiple chronic illness’s and crippling depression/anxiety. i began trying core law of assumption practices: visualizing, affirmations, scripting, subliminals, void state and so so much more.

after consistent months, shifts came after years of trial and error and I shifted to my better cr. I had a higher-paying job manifested suddenly, reconnected with loving friends, upgraded living space, revised appearance & family bonds and a lot of money. my current reality became so much brighter, and i felt pure bliss ♡

yet i could not really manifest a shift when that was my real goal and replicating it took time. soon complacency crept in, and old doubts returned. was it luck? just life getting better?the success was genuine, but true depth was needed to make it last.

second breakthrough: lucid living. awake reality as a conscious dream (2025+)

this elevated everything. i embraced “lucid living”: treating this reality as flexible as a dream. just like knowing you’re dreaming allows control, i applied that wakeful awareness here. intention directs it all instantly.

it was drawn from lester levenson’s 6 steps (sedona/release technique). releasing the three wants: approval, control, safety. dissolving them restores natural freedom & limitless possibility which is ideal for true manifestation.

the 6 steps ♡

  1. desire inner freedom above all external things
  2. choose to release & claim that freedom immediately
  3. spot the emotion → link to approval/control/safety → ask: could i release this? would i? when? (now!)
  4. release habitually, in every moment
  5. if blocked, release the want to fix the block
  6. feel the growing lightness, clarity & joy after releasing

my practice: deep relaxation, affirm “reality is consciousness projecting, dream-like”, sense any resistance, apply the steps. everything became beautifully fluid. synchronicities bloomed. soon: perfect career, loving partner, effortless abundance. my reality transformed into my dream one. peaceful, expansive, abundant. then one moment it shifted fully. all previous desires appeared naturally, including ones i hadn’t named ♡

to anyone doubting (sent with kindness): please stop seeking outside approval!! this is your reality. why hand your joy to skeptics? void states align with ancient śūnyatā in buddhism/hinduism, echoed by modern voices like joe dispenza & tom campbell. countless shared experiences across communities… consciousness creates. you are the creator.

even skeptically, these are powerful mindfulness tools. less stress, better emotional balance, clarity & peace (proven by studies). beautiful benefits regardless ♡

how it feels now pure liberation. soft love. reality feels magically gentle, radiant, serene. i protect my peace fiercely. every dreamed detail is real: appearance, connections, family harmony, adventures, recognition. past me believed it “impossible”. yet it flowed in through simple remembrance of truth.

all techniques point back to the same truth: there is only You. as neville goddard said, there are as many ways to apply the law as there are people using it, and i could not agree more. the obsession with one “right” method or arguing endlessly about whose technique is best is just another misunderstanding. let go of that too ♡

just remember: you are so, so, so loved. i promise you: you would not be here if God/Infinite Consciousness/The Source did not choose to divide itself eight billion beautiful times just to experience life through you, as you, for you. you are divine expression in human form: cherished beyond words, held in infinite love every moment. loved in your doubts, dreams, becoming. the universe conspired for you to exist and awaken. rest in that love. live from that love.

Star power method ⭐

how I get into the “void” (aka: distraction + 444 breathing) This is a guaranteed method I use to get in.

1. Get comfortable

lay down in a starfish position, arms out, legs relaxed.

no tension. no effort.

just get cozy and exist.

2. skip the alpha state

i don’t do alpha techniques.

they’re lowkey time-consuming and unnecessary (for me).

3. countdowns

do the 444 breathing method

inhale 4 — hold 4 — exhale 4

repeat.

while you’re breathing, let yourself drift and visualize softly.

4. distract the mind

don’t affirm yet.

just distract yourself:

play a song in your head

visualize random scenes

daydream naturally

let your thoughts wander without controlling them.

5. Feel the shift

eventually your awareness comes back and you notice: you can’t really feel your body

numb / floating sensation

like your body just dipped

that’s the cue. you’re ready.

6. void affirmations

start gently affirming:

“I am pure consciousness.”

“I’m always in the void state.”

“I’m in the void state.”

“I’m not attached to any reality.”

keep your focus soft and on your breathing.

7. enter the void

and then…

it just happens.

poof. you’re in.

More "Impossible" things I've manifested

As the first part did so well and anons keep asking for additions including the void state, revision, and things I've spawned, I'm here to deliver. While the initial post was focused on stuff that has happened over the last few months, I'm merely putting anything "big" I can think of in this one

  • I've revised endings of shows / movies / games to my liking, especially ones I've shifted to already and felt were out of character
  • Something I haven't mentioned before, I manifested my family away. As in, I am not related to them anymore and they don't know me. I'm treating this reality like a playground anyway, what's one more unconventional circumstance
  • Also ereased my existence from my former religious community (I don't care what you believe in, they've been hateful specifically against people like me)
  • I don't know if that's considered revision, but whenever I feel my sense of self shifting (especially after coming back from my DRs) all my friends automatically use my correct name
  • People asked how I graduated without showing up to class - I revised always having As hence they had to give me a perfect diploma
  • In comparison, this must be underwhelming but while in the void I decided I wanted to have certain Stray Kıds photocards and manifested them into my collection
  • I also used the void at the very beginning to get rid of my intrusive thoughts / anxiety
  • Sometimes I like to give my apartment a make over when I'm in the void and come back with it being completely renovated
  • Occasionally, when I'm bored, I randomly spawned events (concerts, festivals etc) happening nearby the same day + having tickets, obviously
  • I've manifested shows or other kinds of media into existence, as well as certain people being content creators or posting specific things
  • Not quite spawning, but I've manifested local abandoned grounds to be haunted by spirits / ghosts so I can make more undead friends
  • On that note, I've also summoned people I know from the afterlife to show them around the mortal realm
