Cats stretch for physical reasons such as waking up, maintaining flexibility and for communication, signaling affection, trust, contentment and preparing for play.

Now that rugby is back in full swing I've been trying to stay on top of stretching more (I'm not great at it).

I was actually an elite gymnast until I retired in 2010.
