Non volevo rispondere, non ero più capace nemmeno di mentire "dammi un whisky e cola, carico" risposi

"io te lo preparo, ma come stai?"

"no" risposi, e aspettai il mio bicchiere in santa pace.

Più tardi, quella sera, ho pensato che avrei voluto un altra occasione, un altro "come stai" a cui rispondere. L'illusione ha avuto poco tempo, mi resi conto in fretta che a un altro "come stai" probabilmente me ne sarei andata.
