The recent opening of a new solar farm in Haeju, South Hwanghae province, marks a turning point in North Korea’s solar energy production. This facility has the highest capacity for a single installment—10 megawatts—in the country to date and is indicative of a larger trend.
North Korea’s solar energy sector is not only expanding at a greater scale than has been seen in recent years, the approach to solar is shifting. Several large-scale solar projects are under construction or have recently been completed. However, unlike past solar projects that were principally designed to provide electricity to the facilities where they were installed, these new projects are reportedly feeding into the larger electricity grid. As North Korea works to modernize its economy, large-scale solar energy production seems to be an important part of meeting growing energy demands.

There seems to be this idea that the solarpunk movement is inherently difficult to take part in, which can discourage people before they even start. I'm disabled and as much as i would love to take part in community cleanups and other things like that, I just cant. That doesnt mean I cant do anything though!! There are so many different ways you can do your part to improve our society. Love reading? Learn everything you can and share your knowledge with people. Like making art? Make posters spreading the movement's ideals. Good with social media? Raise awareness for important causes, or community events.

Everyone can do something. We arent completely lost just yet. As discouraging as life is right now with everything going on in the world, we're still stuck here. We might as well do even just a little bit of good for the world before our time is up.

Saturn Dominant people life pattern

I noticed that lots of times... Saturn dominant people having Saturn in domicile (Capricorn/Aquarius signs) and/or 10th/11th houses (Traditionally the Cap/Aqua cusp) or having Saturn as their Atamakaraka in Vedic....

Also people with lots of personal planets located in Nakshatras ruled by Saturn.

Well these people often hit success and comfort only from 28-30 onwards. These aren't traditionally the people finding their success quickly.

That is very Saturnian.

Saturn hides until it fully reveals.

Saturn sits on your shoulder and doesn't let you give up effort...

So if you are like this, d e f i n i t e l y. don't give up

I wonder, as someone who'd love to have solar power once I own a house, but worry about power outages, is it possible to set it up as supplementary?

Like, is there some way to hook it up to your house where the house uses the solar power whenever it's available, but if it's night or cloudy or just insufficient, then it pulls from the usual town power source?
