I know dishonored is kinda iconic for it's Victorian clockwork setting, but with deathloop showing more of the world, and the new spin a 3rd game would probably have to take, I think a dishonored 3 taking place in the 1970's could be really interesting. Set during the birth of punk rock, in a dunwall with more modern aesthetic with clockwork soldiers and security cameras and football and television and garage bands. Have the early game set in a dense city with moving traffic and busy streets, but as you progress you find yourself in upper class districts that haven't changed much since the earlier games much at all. A new set of powers to match, with void magic letting you hack machinery, scout in the void like Billie from the death of the outsider to acount for more indoor moments and densely packed urban areas, maybe even a power like windblast that is more directly offensive. When Arkane inevitably (hopefully) returns to dishonored, I think this is an interesting angle for them to go down.
