Here are two masterpieces of funerary folk art from Zerubbabel Collins. But what's really interesting is the tall grave standing in the distance behind the boulder-that's the actual gravestone of Zerubbabel Collins. He is buried in this cemetery at his home town of Shaftsbury Vermont. And his final resting place is filled with the gravestones he created.

the old birdhouse next to the graveyard-
Old Center Cemetery was one of the first places I started doing graveyard photography-I've been coming here for years. And just as long (about 10 years) this birdhouse has been standing next to the cemetery. So here's a collection of the pictues I've taken over the years; my beloved birdhouse 2016-2026. Recently it lost it's steeple- but it still stands.
