I'm honestly obsessed with the way you don't use line work and how the colors lay in your shadows and highlights. If you wouldn't mind explaining how you color or what your process is? I want to try doing the same with my art because it keeps looking flat and lifeless.
Here’s kinda what I do step by step plus a timelapse. I think colour choices often matter more than placement. I choose colours generally based on inspo photos and simply whether or not I think they look good together. I really like orange and green together and I tend to bump the saturation of the skin tones (notice: Mel is pink, Harvey—my OC—is orange).
