I've been meaning to design a mega evolution for Revavroom for a loooong time now (cars are hard to draw, guys!) and I finally got around to it! This is also a speculative ace Pokémon for a Steel Elite-4 member in the fan region my friend @solarfox6 and I have been playing around with.
