day 6 of @shadow-dragon-week - rebellion / reform

When we left off Eleanor went to go check on Bellara while she worked on the Nadas Dirthalen. She is starting to fix it up and make a lot of it work. Then Neve and Eleanor went to Dock Town. They ran into Tarquin and Ashur. They are members of the Shadow Dragons just Neve is. The two updated them on what has happened since she left. Then Neve, Lucanis and Eleanor ran into the Rana Savas who works for the Templars. Neve updates Rana on what she has found. Neve found a blood mage that smuggled something with a thread. However the blood mage was the son of a noble mage. He was close to the Knight Commander and because of this he got off the hook. More on that in two days.
