long live tumblr, who never pedals me hateful vitriol, who shows me the posts of humans i chose to follow, who safely welcomes artists and authors, who is designed to allow for a showcase of community. a place where anyone can post and bear the potential for it to pop into the relevance of its intended parties without demanding a sacrifical payment for bot engagement and vapid consumerism in guise. A place where I, a nature photographer, can say, "look this tree!" and a load of people go, "yeah. that IS an awesome tree."
