Crazy how the same generation always complaining about younger generations being to sensitive or politically correct were the same ones crying over their schools being desegregated.

And don’t even get me started on how a lot of y’all’s ancestors were so upset over losing a war that they created the myth that is the “Lost Cause” so they could feel less like losers. I’m convinced that anyone still believing that the Civil War wasn’t about slavery is as dumb as a doorknob. Like mfers, the literal leaders of the confederacy were fighting to protect their right to own slaves. Idgaf what the actual soldiers thought they were fighting for; they ultimately weren’t the decision makers.

Ima say it. People that still label rap music as being shit in the year 2022 are weird and feels lowkey rooted in anti-blackness. It also tells me that you aren’t as openminded as you believe.

It’s almost always the girlies that never fully outgrew their emo phase from middle school or even the super hardcore fandom ones that say stupid shit like this. And they always want to cite lyricism as their biggest issue with rap music or violence like bitch??????

Rap, Metal and Rock music all share the same common ass themes. If you think they don’t, then you’re just telling me that you don’t pay enough attention. The main difference is who is delivering the lyrics. Rap is a predominantly black genre while the other two are predominantly white.

I don’t care how progressive you think you are, labeling an entire genre of music as trash will never stop me from think you’re close-minded as hell. It’s fine to not like something but to label it as trash and say that it only talks about specific things when your own favorite genre does as well is just weird.

Please stop designating neurotypical people as mentally ill just because they’ve committed an act of violence.

The fact that people can go fight in wars is proof alone that you do not need to be mentally ill to take a life.

It’s such a disservice to mentally ill people everywhere when the media continuously tries to label violent mass murderers as suffering from mental illness. Like the assholes have been actively planning to hurt innocent people for months to years at a time. These are planned acts of domestic terrorism. Call them what they are.

Given that Chris Rock made a documentary about hair in the black community, he should know exactly why it’s such a sensitive subject. And that’s without acknowledging the fact that Jada has alopecia. Should Will have smacked him? Absolutely not but I do understand his sentiment and why he was upset. You could see how upset Jada was even though she was fighting it.

Alopecia is a chronic illness. The same way you wouldn’t make fun of someone with cancer for having no hair you should apply that to people struggling with alopecia as well. It’s out of their control.

Nothing is better than one of your favorite artists getting obsessed with one of your hypertixations bc literallyENJOYABLE FANART!!!

I only accept Twilight slander from those who lived through and were a part of the Twilight era.

Because literally if you weren’t around then you don’t get itttttt. Twilight had the entire world in a chokehold.

So, no, when it comes to Twilight, my little cousin’s opinion holds no weight to me. Like girlie you were 2 when that movie dropped shuddup. She’s also never watched it let alone read those books.

The Twilight books were literally social currency in middle school.

Why is some girl on TikTok trying to gatekeep Rue from Euphoria?? She said that Rue is written as bpd so that basically us bipolar bitches don’t get it and can’t actually relate??? Like Rue is diagnosed bipolar and as a bipolar person I find a lot of my own behaviors in her so like???

I also feel like people need to keep in mind that Rue was diagnosed with multiple mental illnesses and the fact that there’s overlap in a lot of mental disorders. There’s also the fact that rue is suffering from withdrawal.

Forever happy that I don’t have to talk politics with one of my friends bc I have absolutely have no doubts that she’s a trump supporter and her admitting this would end our friendship. Her being a conservative republican I can deal with on some level bc she isn’t racist, homophobic, transphobic or etc and we do actually have some shared political opinions.

I’ve always had the inkling that she might but then last night she tried peddling me one of those QAnon conspiracy theories and I had to just play it off. I genuinely just can’t rock with trump supporting republicans.

Me: “yeah I’ve been in some pretty bad friendships before lol” *describes said friendships*

My therapist: “yeah so you’ve been in some emotionally abusive friendships”

Me: *in complete shock*

I knew these friendships had been toxic but not to that extent but it also made sense bc I developed a lot of trauma and trust issues from them lol

It’s actually terrifying to me that there are adult men with tattoos of underage anime characters hentai style like ??? I even just saw a dude with a sticker of a nude Toga from MHA like isn’t she 16??????

Y’all gotta stop sexualising minors ASAP

I’m just gonna give up on using identifiers for my gender and romantic identities bc honestly they just confuse the fuck out of me. The only thing I know for certain is that I’m asexual. If anyone asks I’m just gonna say I’m queer and leave it at that bc I’m tired of questioning myself all the time.

Gender and I have such a weird ass relationship like I’ve figured out my sexual and romantic orientations because it was just always obvious to me. Biromantic asexual.

But then with gender it’s just confusing. I personally identify as being genderfluid because sometimes I feel more masculine than feminine and vice versa. However, I don’t really consider myself to be non-binary because I still prefer female pronouns even when I’m feeling more masculine. Using they/them or he/him pronouns for myself just feel wrong.
