Getae warrior
Hi there folks! I did this character for the Bruno Câmara´s cinematic character workshop. Learned a lot of new tricks and great inspiration during these latest months. Choosed the "Getae" amazing concept by Mariusz Kozik https://www.artstation.com/artwork/128AZ. The wolf pelt fur was particularly an effort. Since this is my second vfx/cinematic workflow character i still have a long road ahead but i like how it turned out. Rendered with arnold and fur using xgen in maya2018. Texturing in substance painter and Mari . I hope you enjoy it

D'Orion the Sky Hunter - I saw him!
I've been having all these ideas of artwork created for the world of stories told by people that saw a god once. The idea that there was a story of a traveler who swear he saw the god D'orion, while lost in an ancient woods. I wanted to keep the piece pretty dark.. and with a high high of contrast to almost make it seem hard for your eyes to move around the piece. It's like trying to peer into the darkness with glare in your face. Not sure if it worked, but was worth a try! Thanks everyone!
