I didn't quite understand your question... I have no other universes where there is a Wukong and a Meilin. AU Senlin is a kind of my personal world where I write the story of the characters, it's almost a completely independent project of mine.
But in general, I can imagine how Meilin would get into the world of LMK. I think she and Wukong would have had friendly relations there, nothing more. On the one hand, this is Wukong, but nevertheless he is absolutely not the one she fell in love with.
this is giving "I may meet you in every other universe but in this one, you are mine."
i know that "Evil Monkey AU" will be discontinued but I gotta know: does Wukong go through with killing Tripitaka and eating him?

As for the question, in my opinion, it would still be a good conclusion. Wukong would help Tripitaka carry books, but would not become a Buddha, as at the end of the original jttw story.
But no one cancels the fact that, perhaps, in another world, Wukong still ate a monk.. Here's a little sketch for you
