Since I made it very clear that I think Pencil is mcbling I should probably clear up the other freesmarters:
Match is manba gyaru, Book is whimsy twee, IceCube is maybe cyber angel, Bubble is cleancore/safetycore, Ruby is a mix of hyperpop and nerdcore, and Needle is maybe fairy grunge(???)
so ruby isn’t a nerd. unless this is some au where the personalities swap but even then ruby wouldn’t be a fucking nerd.
Calm urself bud. Nerdcore is a music genre focused around things like video games, anime, cartoons, etc, so basically FANDOM nerds. think the living tombstone or lemon demon(kinda) and since Ruby semi-canonically listens lemon demon and it is by far a very popular hc that she is a fandom nerd because of it, making her technically nerdcore
