"Sam, here! Here!" Dean rushes as he sees her on the ground, her back leaning against a large tree, trying her best to cover her open bloody wound. She raises her head weakly, a haunting smile sticking to her pinkish lips. Her gloss already non-existent while her mascara smeared on her cheeks. "I told you not to come here!" She nods faintly as Dean kneels and touches her chin gently, tipping her head back to stare into her eyes. "Are you okay?" he breathes, "Do you hear me?" She tries her best to keep her eyes open but the blood gushing out of her wound makes her feel dizzy. "I've been better." She murmurs making Dean furrow his brows. "Okay, don't - don't speak. You need this energy."
He quickly reaches under her legs, taking her into his arms bridal style, in no effort. "You're never coming to any hunt again, never!" He talks in growing anxiety. "I almost lost you!"
"I'm fine, Winchester." She whispers, suddenly words being too heavy on her tongue. Noticing her unnatural quietness, he shoots a look at the tortured woman between his arms. "Please, hold on. We're almost there." His voice becomes sweet and soft, trying to keep her in her senses. "Open your eyes baby, look at me, yeah?" She looks at him under her long lashes, trying her best to stay with him. "Yeah." She whimpers, clinging hard onto his brown leather jacket and inhaling his perfume.
When back at the motel, Sam tries helping Dean to clean her wounds. However, Dean doesn't let him lay his hands on the reader, considering his love for the reader and whether they're just friends or not.
