Just a friendly reminder that if you don't like a fic FOR ANY REASON, you can just... stop reading it. You don't have to comment on it. You don't have to tell the author anything. In fact, it's incredibly rude to comment negatively on something that someone else made and shared for free.
Don't like it? Don't engage with it. It's that simple.

Feeling very down today and unfortunately this is not a quick fix. It's not just a "bad day" that can be solved by exercise or water or a sweet treat.
I found out that there is a potential for me to be medically removed from my job. My career. My livelihood. There is a decent chance that this doesn't happen, but there is also a chance that it does, and I have no control over the outcome.
I love my job. I've based my life plan around this career. There is nothing else I'd want to do.
I'm trying not to think of the worst case scenario, but I hate this. I hate not having control over this whatsoever. And I hate that this is only happening because they changed the rules and the exemption I had been granted previously is no longer valid.
I have done and can continue to excel in my position and could still find myself kicked out.
So I'm feeling like shit right now.
A headcanon of mine is that Lt. Jee was once Ursa's bodyguard and that after she was banished he became heartbroken, resigned from his post, and cut off his topknot.
So, neither are entirely this plotline, but I do actually have two Jursa fics that involve pining (on both sides) if you're interested in joining this little canoe of a ship 👉👈

Anyway, I haven’t been as active on here because I’ve had a couple kids and worked in between them, so drawing in my free time was nonexistent. But canon events I am not into are enough to make me rise from the grave… if only for a bit. I’m a bit rusty and am drawing whilst underneath a sleeping baby, so forgive me.

ZKBB 2026 Poll
Hello, everyone! We've gotten some questions about whether we're planning on doing the big bang this year, and the mod team has been discussing it. As many of you know, an event like this takes months of prep work on top of running the actual event itself, and after doing so many in such a short amount of time, we're worried about getting burnt out to the point of not wanting to do it anymore at all.
That being said, we had an idea for an alternate event that could provide fun and camaraderie and an explosion of content for all of our favorite ship, but in a slightly different way: a reverse big bang.
What is a reverse big bang, you ask?
Where the regular big bang pairs artists and beta readers with writers to create art for a fic, a reverse big bang pairs writers and beta readers with artists to create stories based on the artist's work.
So, we've come here to ask everyone's opinion on whether everyone would be up for participating in a reverse big bang, or if the community would rather wait for a traditional big bang.

Halfway done, folks!
Well, technically, this version is done. But the full project is only halfway to completion.
This project stated because I'd looked into Tibetan temples and monasteries, and had been absolutely blown away by how beautiful and bright and colorful they were, and kind of longed to see that represented in the Air Temples. And, as I was starting this, @nyamadermont approached me with a commission idea that ended up marrying well with this project.
So here is the halfway point of that project: a room in an Air Temple before the genocide, filled with color and light and life.
