How I draw Edgar and Sabin… just an example

I personally believe the key idea is that - Sabin has a softer (gentler) personality, which would be shown by the the expressions.

I always find it interesting that despite all the mental and physical growth these two characters went through, they are still themselves. They retained many traits from their childhood: Edgar being the very confident and bold leader, while Sabin is much more reserved as a person.

I know this has been done before, but I really want to see it for myself, even if I feel like I know what the answer will be. Also, for the sake of this hypothetical let's say they're all the same age as you.

I'm NOT asking for your favorite character. I'm asking which of these would you be willing to share the rest of your life with; for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do you part.
