You never realize how important “stop talking to your ex who stabbed you in the back” reality checks are until you’re the person needing to be reminded to not talk to your ex who stabbed you in the back.
Btw I’m talking about like, with a knife like a folding knife while my back was turned like actual literal backstabbing.
Didn’t do much damage tho like one stab was a light scratch and one was a bruise and then only one actual wound that still wasn’t too deep like just badages no stitching and it was on the soft flesh of the underside of the upperarm so like she wasn’t really trying to hurt me just scare me which I why I said “you’re not gonna do anything” and turned my back so she felt forced to st- oh hey look I just did it I did the thing where I need ppl to tell me “do not defend your ex who just stabbed you, with a knife, while your back was turned”

Even though research points to “moloch” being the name of a ritual involving child sacrifice practiced across the Levant (including Yahweh worshippers) rather than a supposed pagan god whose only defining trait was “grrr feed me children Bwa Hah Hah” I do think the more accurate understanding of “moloch” could kinda form the basis of a more interesting demon than the trad narrative of “look at just how evil for the sake of evil the Israelites neighbors were”.
In this case “Moloch” as a demon would be less baby eating demon and more a demon that offers false narratives which comfort and encourages people to shun truths which may unsettle the established order. This Moloch might even encourage his own demonization and cursing of him as he grows in power frkm those who choose the comfort of blaming outsiders for one’s own sins
I think the best refutation of sola scriptura is that the whole story of Lucifer a rebellious archangel launching an uprising against God is like one of the coolest fucking ideas Christianity came up with and it has absolutely no basis in the Bible and thus who gives a shit like cmon the whole thing where light was created in Genesis before there was a Sun oh hey maybe Lightbringer has something to do with that
