I think Easthies keeps trying to have beef with Olruggio but he isn’t so easily rage baited

Easthies: Your daughter drew all over the sidewalk in front of my house. Can you have her use her chalk in front of your house?
Olruggio: Hey I hear ya. Just so you know the sidewalk is public property so technically it's ok for her to draw there. That said, I get not wanting stuff in front of your house. I'll ask her to move over
Easthies: Tell her that sidewalks are part of the municipal right of way and are subject to local ordinances regarding defacement. Residents are responsible for maintaining the area adjacent to their property, and repeated markings can be considered a nuisance and I could report her.
