Leiden Sygdom

I had this design sitting in my WIP folder near-finished for three years and I decided to just touch a couple and things and finish her. So here's Niereva, the Nightmareweaver! She was an undead celestial that had been reanimated by Ataraxia herself, through... Well, an excess amount of flesh. Fear not though, she was ultimately fred from Ataraxia's control and is now living her best monster life with a beautiful wife!

Her design was mainly inspired by orchid mantids which is why she's so wonderfully pastel

Every now and then, Syg draws her namesake -this rotten man, Sygdom-, as a treat- Kinda happened while doing loose sketches. Liked one too much, and now it’s a finished piece. Sygdom is father to Vest and ancestor to other ocs of mine, who he’s bothered pretty often. Since he’s an undead drow an all, of course!

A speedpaint from yesterday which I’m unsure how happened, but I’m pretty happy with it! This guy is actually the one I’m named after, Sygdom!

The tenth entry for oc-october, which has arguably arrived quite late: Lemuel Sygdom!

Lemuel is, as Jonnai, part of a fleshmancer cult. Except Lemuel does enjoy being there and seeks to take power within it. He got an obsession with power due to his childhood, in which, as he was born pretty much in the streets, others took advantage of him and used him as much as they wanted. Lemuel went through all of this, but was left thirsty for changing his situation. That ultimately pushed him into a cult, where he did get power, but also the unwanted interest of eldritch beings...

He’s the step brother to the twins!

General description: Lemuel had a being after him which he called The Presence, which followed him closely since he joined the cult. His main objective there was not only to get power, but also to, someday, get to lead it. What he didn’t know is that most of his decisions were mostly made by The Presence, not him...
