i wanna answer questions!!!!!!! :3 1 ) i belong mostly to the therian and fictionkin communities, but i don't really care all that much about the specifics of labels... 2 ) a wolf, a WEREwolf, a domestic cat, a snow leopard, an eastern dragon, and a couple others that aren't as prevalent as those ones 3 ) i don't really shift, since i feel my kintype on a constant basis, but there's quite a few times where that feeling spikes up!! my most common shift is a wolf, and a weird cameo shift i've had was a barn owl... i had never thought of being any type of bird before, but here we are >w< 4 ) it's just kinda There in my everyday life, but i do have some mannerisms i pick up from the animals i'm kin with (i.e. tilting my head, walking on my toes, sniffing unfamiliar things)! and with people who i'm comfortable around, i like to let myself be a little more animalistic -w- 5 ) the community i'm a part of here on tumblr is a very lovely one, and it's helped me a lot in the long run... i'm not super familiar with other sections of the community, but as long as they're having fun, idc!!!!!! 6 ) my boyfriend helps me feel very comfortable in my alterhumanity, since he's someone i can be true (and Cringe) around :3c . i also have several playlists, games, and activities that can help me feel more connected with my kintypes 7 ) YES π 8 ) to any young therians, i want to say to just do whatever you want. it's not gonna hurt anyone to be a little "weird" in the eyes of people who want to put you into a box. and there are basically NO rules to therianthropy! go wild and don't let yourself get put down by hostility or un-acceptance 9 ) i've got a couple gear items, but i would like more... wolf needs a Minimum Wage Job.... 10 ) i've always connected my own alterhumanity with my native american ancestor's connection to the earth and the animals, and with the stories of our own animal ancestors. i like to think Creator made us with our own sense of wildness that we could choose to embrace :3 11 ) um. im tagging YOU!!!! yes YOU! the READER!!! if you wanna DO THIS!!!!
any other wolves, dogs or similar (or not similar :P) animals feel a sort of protective or pack mentality over their plushies? ive noticed how canine-like defensive i get whenever someone tries to come near any of them..,, its sorta comfortable, actually. referring to my little plush friends as my pack!!!
its weird being a mix of domestic caninekin and wild caninekin, sometimes. on one paw, i want to lay in my person's lap and be such a good dog!! but on the other paw, i see people as a threat, and i want to be a wild and free beast, wandering the outside world. sometimes, even mix them. the local wolf who accepts the treats a person throws out the window, but also steals garbage

My goal is to possibly create an otherkin pack. I will use this post to gauge how interested in people would be.

Here are some of my visions for a future pack
- Friendly, genuine, laid back, and supportive to one another - A place to hype each other up and have fun.
- Of course lgbtq and neurodivergent friendly.
- Organized, but not taken too seriously.
- Members can leave whenever they please. All they'd need to do is give the pack a notice.
- There is no pressure to be active, but it is encouraged.
- Multipacking is not an issue, do not feel restricted. It is the members choice whether or not this would be their only pack.
- Ranks would not exist aside from the creator of the pack, but that would not put me above anyone.
- A short set of pack guidelines to keep members safe.
- A tumblr based pack using a custom hashtag to communicate with the pack. But may expand to other platforms.
- Starting off small with about 10-15 members, but may expand.
- Roleplay is welcome, but members would have to use a separate hashtag for that as well.
- Maybe some future events? (Games, movies, who knows).
Overall, I'd love to create one! The only thing I'm deciding is if it'll be canine/wolf based, or all species. Let me know!
