Sadly my inbox has been affected the same way three times now. If anyone has scrolled through my blog you would quickly realize a weird thing, I don't post about politics. Never have never will. So I am laying down rules because genuinely I am tired of receiving these.

  1. Any things about being told to off myself and generalized hate will not be answered.
  2. If you send me something about posting your link so you can get out of somewhere, I will not show it. If you're thinking "Oh how could you be so cruel?" I'm genuinely just tired.

Yesterday I saw a thing about a Wattpad migration here on tumblr. First thought? "Oh did Wattpad surrender to AI?" Today via youtube shorts I learn NO WATTPAD SHOT THEMSELVES IN THE FOOT AND STARTED BANNING SMUT AND FANFICTION!

I never used Wattpad nor Ao3 (I'm a rare Quotev user but I haven't used it in years) but holy fuck that's a drama I didn't expect to encounter.

The reason your snacks are unsatisfying is that you need both carb and protein.

Carb starts your engine, protein keeps it going.

No carb, engine don’t start. No protein, engine dies out fast.

  • Popcorn
  • Crackers

Easy protein add on:

  • Nuts
  • Spoonful of nut butter
  • Cheese
  • Roasted chickpea snacks
  • Glass of milk (dairy or non dairy)
  • Small canned sausages or similar

I am pleased by people messaging me telling me that after adding a carb or protein to their snacks or meals they feel more satisfied all day. Yes, my plan is working. People are getting through their days with less hangry.
