i’m so burnt out so fuck being employed (i wish quitting my job was an option)

#i’ve been to the ER twice due to massive panic attacks since this system integration project has started#(i have never had a panic attack before this lol)#i reached another tipping point this week because everything either made me want to cry or it ticked me off big time#like nothing works and i’m not made to do 5-10 extra hours a week#at least not for months at a time#everything is overwhelming and i can’t do anything about it#i need a huge break (fortunately i’m off work the week after next week) but every break comes with the price of double the work afterwards#maybe i’m not mentally stable enough for the corporate world because i keep whining about this but y’all it’s just too much atp#sabrina talks
