Silly Game Time: When you see the word SPIRIT/GHOST, what are the first and second ghosts or spirits that come to mind?

Avatar

Uhh the person that first popped into my head wasn't a spirit, but a spirit medium.

The second was that weird guy from Mob Psycho

Silly Game Time: TWIST THAT TROPE! "The Empire is invading, but the twist is ___."

(Every story is made of tropes, just like how every sentence is made of words. Still, some tropes can feel a bit overused if a storyteller doesn't do something different with them. What do you think could be an interesting variation to this trope? It doesn't need to be elaborate or surprising or original, just something that might appeal to you personally.)

Avatar

There are like, twenty different factions in said Empire, and the Empire is actually invading itself, after it was invaded by a different part of the Empire.

Silly Game Time: Who are two characters you really like from two stories you really enjoy (of any genre of any medium—novel, comic, movie, show, podcast, game, etc. including OCs if you like)? AND which of them is more likely to apologize for something that isn't their fault?

Avatar

Well my rules are the people from the two most recent pieces of media, which are........

And frankly.... I think Mia wins this one. She's an awkward teenager who doesn't quite know her place in the world to start, and while she does grow into a more confident person, she gets constantly picked on by so many people (including her "best friend") that I can see her apologizing for plenty that is not her fault. On the other hand, Adrian is not the type to apologize for things he didn't do--he wouldn't see the logic of it. Plus sometimes he doesn't even apologize for things he did do. Sometimes he gets accused of things that upset people, and he thanks them for noticing.

Silly Game Time: Would you rather go to an art museum or a science museum?

Avatar

Art! It’s much more relaxing.

Silly Game Time: Paris has a very famous Arc de Triomphe. But most people don't know that it used to be a solid block before the central material was hollowed out to make an arch.

What happened to the central part? That secret (the "darc" secret, if you will) (and you will) has been lost to history ... until now, when you will reveal the truth to the world!

The 15th Marquis of Montchatamie needed some gravel to finish paving his driveway. So he waited till the dead of night each night and snuck down the Avenue des Champs-Élysées with a chisel, taking as much as he could carry in a hollowed out baguette. Some people did notice it was getting chipped away, but it was during their vacation, so they did do anything till it was too late and carved fully through.

For @ixtaek 's LU March Madness 2026: "Incorrect Ancestor"

I like dabbling with the "OoT Link is Zelda's lost twin" theory from time to time, hehe. Just saying, it'd be cool if Time got his prophetic dream abilities from someone, that's all! >:D Of course this does have ripple effects... (Hope you enjoyed this silly comic!)

A Sort-of Part 2: Coming later this week or the next!

(💙Please comment and like directly from the og post in case Tumblr does weird things again! Tumblr reblogs are ok but Never Repost, thanks! <3)

Silly Game Time: I, the Great Detective Haircurl Poitroast, have gathered all the evidence and can conclusively prove that the murderer of rich, old Lord Fumblefrumpton is ... YOU! But the only thing I don't understand is why.

So ... WHY did you poison him, stab him, blugeon him about the head with one of those sausages the length and weight of a bowling pin, shoot him with a crossbow, push him out a 5½ story window, and run him over with a 2005 Honda Civic?

-a single artful tear rolls down my cheek- In the winter of 1991, my mother was struggling to feed her young daughter—me. She had lost her job because of being falsely accused by a man of stealing the Stelemi Diamond. We grew up in hard times, Mr. Poitroast, I will not deny it.

I grew to resent that man, the one who ruined my mother. Every day I dreamed of destroying him. But he was ever out of reach for a lowly girl like me. I reinvented myself, learned grace and charm, climbed the ladder, became a lady… but my eyes never left the target at the end. Every coy action, every step taken, brought me to this moment. I found allies on my way, those ruined by the same careless hand as my mother was. And now, at last, my mother’s honor can be avenged.

For you see, Mr. Poitroast, the man who ruined my mother was you. I knew nothing short of a truly bombastic murder would draw the self-proclaimed “world’s greatest detective” out of his ivory tower. It could not simply be gruesome. It had to be a production, something that made for an exceptional story, another feather in your taxidermy hat. I shall never forgive you for ruining my mother with your baseless accusations. You always get your man—even if you must frame them yourself. It took ages to plan a crime grand enough, and a whole village of those you slighted to pull it off. I must give especial props to our victim, for enacting each and every gristly detail so realistically that I almost stopped myself to check his pulse each time.

But instead, I must congratulate you, Mr. Poitroast. You will indeed grace the front page of tomorrow’s paper… your final case, you might say. Going out with a splash. You’ve made plenty of victims, Mr. Poitroast—

-from the shadows, the very-alive Lord Fumblefrumpton emerges, wiping the stage blood from his face and removing the gag arrow as he raises a sausage the length and weight of a bowling pin over his head-

But now you will finally get to be one.

Silly Game Time: (from rickofawesome) What was your first real exposure to anime?

(For Example: Mine was a truly wild series called Tenchi Muyo.)

Alas I am vanilla… it was Death Note. My friends all read it so I did too, and when it came out we watched it for L.

“Ok, nobody panic.”

Twilight was staring at the doll on the table like it was soaked in human blood, or any kind of blood. What it was soaked in was in fact some mildly staining tea.

“We have to stay calm. There’s no reason to freak out.”

Anonymous asked:

I think the Daira in link to the past are actually Zazak, though at least the English version of Arts and Artifacts called them “Dairas”.

It’s interesting to note that in the art for Zazaks they’re bald T. rex like saurians, which is also true in the leaked prototype. However in the final game sprites, Zazaks have Mohawk like crests and a more crocodilian appearance; resembling dairas!

Given the silly nature of my monster tribe headcanons, I'm gonna again say, daira is the clan name, and both monsters can be part of it. But the guy in the LU update was an AoL daira.
