My name is Jamal Hossam Al-Dahdouh, an 18-year-old young man living in the northern part of Gaza City, far away from my family who live in the south of Gaza. We have no home to live in together — each member of my family is in a different place, and we are all separated.

I currently live alone because of my studies, which I have always dreamed of continuing. I’ve always wanted to go to university, to graduate like my friends who have completed their education. My dream was to graduate from university and continue my studies in a European city, outside Gaza.

But because of the war that struck us, there is no longer a future here — not even education. Everything has been destroyed, and I have started to lose hope in every direction.

First, I am far from my family… we have no home to live in… I have no money to continue my studies and achieve the dream I’ve always had — to learn and build a better future.

I kindly and sincerely ask for your help and support. Please, if you can, donate to help me complete my studies and fulfill my dream, just like my friends who were able to graduate.

The total cost of my university studies is $15,000, which would cover all my educational expenses. Unfortunately, I don’t have even a single dollar of that amount. I feel broken and mentally exhausted from this situation.
