I randomly thought of this it has no cross over to my real life and I hope this makes sense I'm sleep deprived

I feel this is not talked about enough but when Mike thought will was died he cried to his mom

But then heard wills breath and just him singing a little that the rest of the group didn't think it was will but Mike did so he went looking for him

But then when he thought el was dead or just gone sure he cried but even when he SAW he and heard her he still thought she was gone and called himself crazy an didn't try to look for her.
