I don't watch cable TV so when I saw an ad by the American Edge Project promoting the use of AI, it genuinely made me do a double take.

It was talking about the benefits of AI in the medical field. Apparently the project was heavily backed by Meta, a data broker masquerading as a social media conglomerate which also has nothing to do with medicine
