THIS IS AN ANTI-AI ZONE.

Multiple people have assumed my puppet animations are created using AI. For the record, I will NEVER use AI to generate footage for my projects. The ethical and environmental cost is too great and would seriously undermine the themes of my work.

All of my assets are either archival footage, recorded myself, or created using a frankensteined combo of Wikimedia Images, Photoshop (not the generative tools) and After Effects.

AN UPDATE:

I’m having some major technical difficulties with my editing setup / computer at the moment and am trying to save enough money to make the repairs.

Apologies in advance, as the upload timeline for GC updates, particularly videos, might be delayed until I can fix this. I’ve really appreciated the response to the project so far and am really looking forward to what we’ve got on the horizon.

If you feed my work to AI or use my project to create AI content you will go bald and experience a mysterious cough in 3 days btw.

It sort of irks me when people come into the comments of my project and start being loudly wrong about the story because they watched a review about it.

I love analysis videos and they can be quite good, but if that’s your only window into the project of course you’re going to miss key details and nuance.

It’s typically good form to watch or experience media in full before forming a critique. When did this stop being the case?

I’m not asking for people to hunt down every scrap of information, but at least skim the website or something first, I beg...
