HAPPY 20TH ANNIVERSARY TO METALOCALYPSE!!!!

Truly my favorite show ever, it has brought so much joy and brutality into my life as well as the world, and it will be forever unmatched in my heart ♥️🎸⚙️ The writing, characters, art, music, and animation in the series is just perfect in every way to me, long live Dethklok! I’m on rewatch # 25…

I have included all Dethklok + Charles, as well as some prophetic tidbits.. I didn’t have much time [like 3 days help me..], so it’s missing a lot of detail. I wish I could include even more characters, like knubbler, Crozier, Abigail, MMA, Magnus, etc. BUT I am really proud of this animation and I am proud to share it! Scratch A New Face Into Mine

I know you all probably know me from my Metalocalypse fanart, and this 8 minute film is why I have been on a sort of fanart hiatus. I’d really appreciate it if you could all give this a watch, it’s truly a labour of love for me and my friend.

It is about a cracked doll, Bryer [animated by madison], living in a house full of never-ending trash in purgatory, getting constant body bags full off trash through a chute in the sky. When another doll, Valerie [animated by myself], comes in a body bag, they enter a toxic and codependent relationship as Bryer slowly swaps their parts. Eventually, Bryer finally tries to take her heart apart, and Valerie has to fight back to escape this purgatory. There is a lot of surreal visuals and symbolism in the film that is exploring how each of them see eachother and how Valerie changes under Bryers influence.

Scratch A New Face Into Me is a film I am so extremely proud of and so extremely proud of my friend Madison for collaborating with me on. Sorry for speaking for so long but I promise more Metalocalypse fanart is on the way! As I’ve been working on this project for the past few months I’ve had so many ideas.
