because i was raised by hippies, i have strong memories attached to that health food store smell. not a fancy health food store, specifically the smell of those small cluttered ones that are run by extremely old people. it's a mix of stale weed and a little bit of cigarette, patchouli, carob, dust, liquorice, and yerba mate. i want that as a perfume, anybody have recommendations?

Doctors have confirmed his urgent need for a new stent right now, but the cost of the treatment is prohibitively expensive for him.
Salah is experiencing severe difficulty breathing and his pain is unbearable.
