After workshopping the concept together for a week, Lil Nas X and McGrath met up in New York at 9am to begin work on the “Choupette-inspired” design that extended from face to body. “It’s really taken to new, three-dimensional crystal and pearl levels,” says McGrath. It also required a team of people to “fly all over the globe to find all of the pieces” for their creation, which included “couture lace from 25 years ago” and “crystals from Austria” to deliver the materials for what became a nine-hour-long metamorphosis.” (x) (x)

Still think it’s so wild so many people on here were getting furious about how black sails is the “superior” pirate show over our flag means death when they’re entirely different genres and narratives it’s like telling fans of the hit bbc found family sitcom ghosts that they should be watching the exorcist instead
OFMD exists in a pocket universe where magic is real, people are born in alternate timelines, modern clothes, shoes, and food exist, the ocean is as big as a lake and you can sail between continents in a matter of days, not weeks; massive head trauma and seemingly fatal wounds to the intestinal tract heal effortlessly and people can come back from the dead with the power of love. Are we going to criticize Monty Python for their inaccurate portrayal of the Medieval era next? Should we be doing some critical analysis of Black Adder for historical accuracy?
